Classic Stucco Beauty
The exterior face of the TextureWall system features the Texture-Cote™ finish system— a hard aggregate-fiber-reinforced polymer finish that creates its characteristic stucco appearance. The metal interior face is finished in an attractive, virtually flat finish with a polyester white color that is USDA approved. This can act as a finished interior wall or can be used for the application of other wall materials.
Achieved Energy Efficiency
The Butler Thermawall wall system’s factory-installed poured-in-place foam core insulation and thermal break joint design deliver excellent energy efficiency. Panel thicknesses of 2, 2-1/2, 3, and 4 inches are available to match your thermal performance needs, with R-values ranging from R-14 to R-32. Factory-applied joint sealant provides a complete wall system weather barrier.

The TextureWall system is engineered for long‑term performance with a durable exterior surface that resists impact, abrasion, and harsh weather conditions. Unlike field‑applied finishes that can fail when installed in damp or cold environments, TextureWall insulated metal sandwich panels can be erected in virtually any weather. Fire-Rated Assemblies
The Butler Thermawall system is engineered with built‑in performance advantages that go beyond energy efficiency. Depending on the configuration, Thermawall insulated metal sandwich panels can achieve one‑ or two‑hour fire‑resistance ratings, providing added protection for code‑driven projects. The system is also FM Global approved, offering proven performance under rigorous testing standards and helping building owners reduce insurance costs through recognized risk‑mitigation certification.
Easy Installation
Because only a clip and two fasteners are required at each structural connection, installation of the Butler TextureWall wall system is simple and secure. Panels are 42″ wide and can be installed in any weather conditions. The entire installation is performed from outside the building envelope, eliminating the need for assembly crews to fasten the panels from the inside.
